He somewhat convincing during his interview. He was literally shaking when answering some of Wallace's questions. The only things I noted was every now and then he would divert his eyes from Wallace when answering questions, and as a cop who has done thousands of interrogations that is a trait of someone lying. I'm not saying he is, just a symptom that people I've interviewed display. Also, the "never happened" comments. I was homing in on how many times he used that phrase. He needed to explain why it never happened. How about, I wasn't there when McNamee said this happened. I was here or there. Not where McNamee said it happened.
Additionally, I thought the segment was edited here and there and I got the feeling things that needed to be viewed ended up on the cutting room floor. Anybody else feel that way?
Right now, after reading everything that's happened, I'd fire both his lawyer and his agents. They gave Roger bum advise in recommending he stay quiet. He should've gotten in front of this issue from the get-go. Now all this has earned him is an invitation to testify in front of Congress.
All I can say is.....I honestly don't know.
